Terms of Service

By placing an order with TODD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including product selections, dimensions and delivery details.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

Full payment, or any agreed deposit, is required before production begins.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only. While every effort is made to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to material availability, production schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Natural Materials

Our furniture is crafted from solid timber. Variations in grain, colour, figure and texture are a natural characteristic of timber and make every piece unique. Seasonal movement and minor changes over time are expected and are not considered defects.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper care or exposure to excessive moisture, heat or direct sunlight is not covered.

Shipping

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and notify us within 48 hours if any damage has occurred during transit.
