Shipping Policy

At TODD, every piece is made to order in Melbourne and carefully prepared for delivery.

Lead Times

Current lead times are generally 4–8 weeks, depending on the product and production schedule. If your order requires additional time, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping

We deliver Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available or quoted separately for larger furniture and regional deliveries.

Delivery

Furniture deliveries are arranged through trusted furniture couriers or specialist transport providers. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Please ensure access to the delivery location is suitable for the size of the furniture. Any additional delivery costs due to restricted access or failed delivery attempts may be the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage, notify the delivery driver where possible and contact us within 48 hours, including photographs of the item and packaging.
